Large Italian Beaded Chandelier

A wonderful early 19th Century, twelve-light, Italian beaded crystal chandelier.

With a faceted glass baluster stem supporting twelve scrolling arms, covered in hand-blown crystal beads, terminating in turned giltwood drip pans. The arms hung by both faceted and hand-blown hollow pear-shaped drops, headed with cut-glass crystal flowers. The whole surmounted with a beaded and cut-glass coronet joined with further beaded swags and cut-glass flowerheads. A large, stunning and rare statement chandelier.

Fully rewired to UK standards.
